DEPARTMENT GOALS
Helping the nations achieve success in every project.
Oversees the project management process groups which are initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing of all projects under the direction of Gwa’sala-Nakwaxda’xw Nations. The primary goal is to make sure all projects are in scope, on schedule and on budget.

Future Projects and Community Plan

  • Construction of the new Daycare/Head Start building
  • Construction of the expansion of the school.
  • Construction of the Big House.
  • Construction of Phase 1 of BC Housing Subsidized Housing Project on Park Drive.
  • Retrofitting #21B to be used for future transition home.
  • Our Current Comprehensive Community Plan
